Two things we absolutely love and are super passionate about are Newquay and weddings. We believe a wedding in Newquay is just the best type of wedding.

We have the location and view, we have the experience, we have the special touch, dedication and attention to detail – all of which gives us an edge against our competitors.

We’ve hosted all manner of unique and more traditional ceremonies and for every single one, we have seamlessly combined our relaxed vibe with sleek style and fantastic service.

We also have two venues, so more formal occasions, civil ceremonies, laidback BBQ by the beach affairs and discreet elopements to the coast, our highly experienced wedding team can do it all here in Newquay.

Marquee – A unique indoor Wedding Venue

Our luxurious indoor wedding marquee combines all the romance and glamour of the most opulent marquee with the convenience of the hotel facilities – not a muddy field or portaloo in sight!

The unique, silk-draped venue is centrally heated and is impervious to adverse weather conditions making it the wedding marquee venue for all seasons!

We will work closely with you to co-ordinate the marquee décor to compliment your chosen colour scheme.

Surfrider

The light and airy Surfrider is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 100 guests.

Featuring a large bay window that frames the stunning Atlantic vista, making it an unfeasibly romantic setting to tie the knot.

The Surfrider is also suitable for intimate weddings breakfasts catering for up to 40 guests.

Perfect for elopements – elope to the coast by running away to the Surfrider for a romantic, personal and stress free wedding. All the intimacy of two, shared with your nearest and dearest.

Refurbished in 2021, this brilliant venue space features its own personal bar and outdoor terrace!

FAQ

Can you get married on Fistral Beach?

You cannot legally get married on Fistral beach, however, you can complete the legal ceremony at Oceanside, a church or registry office. Our favourite celebrant can arrange a celebrant led ceremony on the beach for you.

What are the benefits to a Hotel wedding venue?

Hotel weddings provide a base for your guests, you can choose to extend the celebrations to the night before in the restaurant or the morning after at breakfast. Guests are all together and usually available to lend a hand if needed!

Are you dog friendly?

We understand your four legged friends make up a special part of your family and it’s only fair your fur baby is invited too! Both venue spaces at Oceanside are pet friendly and your best pal can stay in our hotel rooms too. We allow the wedding couple to reserve the right to allow dogs at their wedding however, so please check your invitation. Dogs are not to be left unattended.

Do wedding guests get discount on accommodation?

Yes! Once your wedding is booked a unique discount code is provided for you to send with your invites.
