We want to welcome to the O’siders Club and have you as part of the Oceanside community.
As a small, family-run hotel, restaurant and events venue, every coffee enjoyed, breakfast shared and event attended helps support what we do. Our regular customers are at the heart of Oceanside, and we wanted a better way to say thank you.
That’s why we’ve launched the new O’siders Club app – our new loyalty scheme that gives you even more reasons to visit.
What’s next?
You will need to sign up to receive your log in details. Once you’ve signed up below, you will receive an email with everything you need to download and log in to your “ServedBy” Oceanside App, where your membership will be ready to use from 8th July 2026.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to start enjoying all the exclusive benefits of being an O’siders Club member, including:

Important information
From 8th July, all previous Oceanside loyalty schemes and discount programs will come to an end and will no longer be valid.
From this date, all loyalty rewards and member discounts will be available exclusively through the “ServedBy” Oceanside App. Simply show your membership within the app when making a purchase to receive your benefits.
This new system allows us to reward our genuine regular customers in a fairer and more sustainable way, helping us continue to offer great value while supporting our independent business.
