New O’sider Members Cards
Oceanside is going digital. In an age where everything is on our phones, we are always striving to keep up to date with customer demand. We’ve seen a surge in people who don’t carry a wallet/purse on them and therefore have nowhere to store our members card. Introducing – virtual cards!
For any new member, we will be issuing a brand new members code to present to our servers. This code will be emailed to you for safe keeping.
For existing members, your card will still work – but you can now keep the 5 digits on the front of your card safe to use, if you have lost your card or would like an email reminder just let us know!
Using your code – we recommend keeping your code somewhere safe – just tell your server your code and they can apply your discount without the card present – MAGIC!!
We are making some slight changes – members cards will require a minimum of 24 hour processing time to be added to our systems, this means you wont get to enjoy the benefits until your next visit – excuse to come back!? We think so!
